Registration Deadline & Cancellation Policy

Registration Deadline:  For a guaranteed room reservation, rooms must be booked by March 23, 2023. After that date, confirmation will be made based on Highland Haven’s room availability.

Cancellation Policy: You will receive a full refund for a cancellation made by March 23, 2023. Cancellations made after March 23, 2023 will be subject to a cancellation fee up to 50%.
