Registration Deadline & Cancellation Policy

Registration Deadline: 
  • For a guaranteed room reservation, rooms must be booked by September 25, 2026.
  • After September 25, 2026, confirmation will be made based on Highland Haven’s room availability.
Cancellation Policy:
  • All reservations require full payment at time of booking. However, should you need to make a different arrangement, please contact Donna directly.
  • Reservations cancelled 60 days prior to the scheduled retreat will be refunded, less the initial 3% processing fee
  • Reservations cancelled 15-59 days prior to the scheduled retreat will receive a refund of at least 50%
  • Reservations cancelled 14 days or less prior to the scheduled retreat are non-refundable
